High School: All-conference selection in field hockey and lacrosse • led Tower Hill field hockey team to the 2005 and 2006 state championship • member of National Futures Tournament Pool R and Pool O champions • led Tower Hill to 2006 and 2007 lacrosse state championship • participated in Nike Indoor Track Nationals in each of her last three seasons • set the school record and ranked sixth in the state in the 1600 meters as a senior • all-state selection in the 4x800 meter relay • Grand Prix Champion in the 800 meters in each of her last two years • participated in the Penn Relays in 2004 • member of National Honor Society  • also played soccer for two seasons at Tower Hill Student Ambassador • Ambassador for Delaware Foundations Reaching Citizens with Cognitive Disabilities (DFRC) • tutor for Spanish Migrant Education Program • named Delaware Miss National Teenager in 2006.
