2004: Co-captain along with Sidney Haugabrook...one of the most hard-nosed and versatile players in Delaware history and a blocker...can play in the backfield and at tight end and is also one of the Hens' top special teams performers...after being used primarily as a blocking back during his career, expects to see increased carries in single back attack...will battle Niquan Lee for starting spot...effective pass-catcher...tied for team's best squat lift (610 lbs.) and vertical jump (36.5 inches) during spring testing and also lifted 225 lbs. 21 times...has 21 career receptions for 185 yards and two touchdowns and has collected 32 career tackles...has played in 38 career games, never missing a contest in his career...

2003: Appeared in all 16 games and started two contests (at running back vs. Hofstra, at tight end vs. Maine)...used extensively as a blocking back and receiver out of the backfield on short-yardage situations and on special teams...on only carry of the season, rushed 24 yards off a fake punt vs. Navy to kick-start the Blue Hens' comeback from a 14-0 deficit in the 21-17 victory...seventh on the team with 14 receptions for 111 yards and two touchdowns...caught two passes for a career-high 38 yards in season opener vs. The Citadel...caught short touchdown passes vs. Richmond and Rhode Island...career-high four receptions for 25 yards vs. Rhode Island...collected 17 tackles (15 solo) and tied for team lead with three fumble recoveries...career-high four tackles in I-AA quarterfinal win over Northern Iowa...recovered three fumbles (tied for Atlantic 10 lead) in wins over Richmond, West Chester, and Southern Illinois...recovered blocked punt for touchdown vs. Southern Illinois in I-AA first round...

2002: Versatile asset to the team on special teams, as a blocking back, and at tight end...played in all 12 games, starting vs. William & Mary, James Madison, Massachusetts, and Villanova...rushed for 24 yards on only carry of the season vs. Northeastern...caught six passes for 67 yards, including a long play of 33 yards vs. West Chester...returned a kickoff 17 yards vs. James Madison....recorded 13 tackles, including 10 solo stops...had season-high three tackles vs. Maine...forced fumbles vs. Maine and Villanova...

2001: Earned letter as a backup fullback...appeared in all 10 games and was team's No. 4 rusher with 66 yards on 19 carries...caught one pass for seven yards vs. Georgia Southern...rushed five times for career-best 30 yards vs. Massachusetts and had long run of 10 yards...also carried five times for 14 yards vs. Georgia Southern...had two tackles and returned two kickoffs for seven yards...named one of eight Most Improved Players for spring drills...led all rushers with 94 yards rushing, including a 42-yard touchdown run, in spring game...

2000: Walk-on...sat out redshirt season to retain freshman eligibility...

High School Honors: Two-year standout at Parkland High School under head coach Richard Sniscak...in two seasons rushed for 3,815 yards and 52 touchdowns...rushed for 1,851 yards and 26 touchdowns as a senior and 1,964 yards and 26 touchdowns as a junior...ran for 247 yards vs. rival Whitehall HS as a senior...also averaged 27.2 yards on kickoff returns and 15.6 yards per punt return...set school scoring record with 327 points on 56 touchdowns...two-time team MVP, All-Mountain Valley Conference, and All-Area selection...second team All-State as a senior...also ran track...National Honor Society student...Parkland's Outstanding Male Athlete....

Personal: Sean Michael Bleiler ("bly-lur")..born Sept. 30, 1981...son of Michael and Cheryl Bleiler...older brother, Ryan, was a four-year punter for the Hens in 1998-2002 and earned third team All-Atlantic 10 honors in 2002...finance major...placed second in 1999 state powerlifting tournament school.
