2004: Second-year team member as redshirt freshman...promising defensive lineman with good size and speed...will look to play a key backup role for a unit that returns seven of its top eight players from the NCAA I-AA national championship squad...enters pre-season projected as the No. 2 left end behind returning starter Lou Samba...had one tackle in spring game...

2003: One of the team's top players on scout team but did not see game action...retained freshman eligibility...

High School Honors: Enjoyed a standout career as a defensive end at Plantation High School under head coach Frank Hepler...teammate of Blue Hen redshirt freshman offensive lineman Greg Benson...the team was ranked No. 1 in the state of Florida in 2002 and post-ed a 10-0 record and won its conference championship and district...earned first team All-Broward County honors as a senior and was a second team 6A All-State pick...three-year starter on defensive front...led teams to three-year record of 28-6...served as captain as a senior...
