NEWARK, Del. -- A full day of festivities will take place on Friday, April 24 when head coach K.C. Keeler (at right) and his staff host the annual University of Delaware Football Alumni Golf Day.

For the first time, this year’s Alumni Day will not only feature the golf tournament but will also include an alumni barbecue which will take place prior to the annual Blue-White Spring Game Friday night at 6 p.m. at Delaware Stadium.

The day will begin with the annual Football Alumni Golf Outing starting at 10 a.m. at The Club at Patriots Glen in Elkton, Md. For information on the course and directions, go to www.patriotsglen.com.

Following golf, a Football Alumni barbecue will be held from 4-6 p.m. on the new practice fields located beside Delaware Stadium. The barbecue is open only to UD football alumni and their families. Tickets can be purchased for $20 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under.

The annual Blue-White Spring Game will be played at 6 p.m. in Delaware Stadium with a modified scoring system used. The Blue-White Game is open to all fans free of charge.

In case of inclement weather, the following festivities will be moved:

• The golf tournament will be played on Friday, May 1 at 10 a.m. at The Club at Patriots Glen
• The Football Alumni Barbecue will move to Saturday, April 25 at 11 a.m.
• The Blue-White Spring Game will be played on Saturday, April 25 at 2:30 p.m.
