High School: Played just one season of high school football at Stephenson High School under head coach Ron Gartrell...played cornerback, wide receiver, and kick returner in leading Stephenson to a 7-3 record...collected 53 tackles, including 32 solo stops, and added five interceptions and two forced fumbles...two-year varsity standout in track and field as a sprinter...ran the 110 meter and 300 meter hurdles and the 4 x 100 meter relay...qualified for the state championships in all three events...captured the regional title in the 4 x 100 relay and 300 hurdles...honor roll student...
