High School: Played at Linganore High School for coach Rick Conner...played offensive and defensive line and was a three-year letterwinner...earned first team All-State (Big Schools) honors as both a junior and a senior...also a two-time first team all-area and first team all-conference selection...team won the 2003 state AAA title and was Chesapeake Conference champions in both 2003 and 2004...also played basketball and baseball...played one season of basketball as center and power forward in 2003-04...played outfield in baseball and lettered two seasons...honor roll student.

At Delaware: One of the Blue Hens’ top young offensive linemen...talented player with outstanding strength and technique...projected to open season as the Blue Hen starter at left tackle...part of an a deep and experienced offensive front that returns seven players with starting experience...2005: Did not see game action and retained freshman eligibility...was expected to see game action at mid-season due to injuries on the offensive front, but suffered a knee injury during mid-week practice and ended up redshirting.

Personal: Corey Addison Nicholson...born Dec. 14, 1987...son of Tim and Donna Nicholson...has an older brother and younger sister...criminal justice major at Delaware...father is a landscaper.
