High School: Played defensive back, wide receiver, running back and returned punts and kickoffs at Northwest High School for head coach Randy Trivers...part of a team that captured the 2005 AAA state championship...served as a team captain during senior year even though he was injured in the season opener and did not play the remainder of the season...earned team's most dedicated player award in 2005...began his high school career at DeMatha (MD) High School and earned letters in football and track there in 2003-04...also participated in track and field at Northwest HS...member of 4 x 100 and 4 x 200 teams that were Montgomery County champions...4 x 200 team placed seventh at the state championships and was also Maryland AAA West Region champions.
At Delaware: One of several talented redshirt freshmen defensive backs for the Blue Hens...enters season projected as the No. 2 cornerback behind veteran Fred Andrew...will also be counted on to provide coverage on kick and punt return teams...had a solid spring and recorded five tackles in Blue-White Spring Game in April...changed number from 38 to 23 for the fall...2006: First-year who did not see game action and retained freshman eligibility...team went 5-6 under head coach K.C.
