High School: Began his high school career at Caravel Academy in Bear, DE before competing his final season at Delaware state football power William Penn High School for head coach Bill Cole...attended Caravel for three years and competed in football, wrestling, and baseball...competed in football, wrestling, and baseball as a senior at William Penn...earned first team All-State honors as a linebacker as a senior in 2002 at William Penn, leading the team to the state Division I title...led wrestling team to Blue Hen Conference title and was third in the conference at the 189 lb. class...played outfield in baseball...earned three letters each in football, wrestling, and baseball at Caravel...served as captain of football and wrestling squads...second in conference in wrestling as a junior...led baseball team to state championship game as a junior...National Honor Society...school treasurer as a junior.
