High School: Played running back, linebacker, and punted for coach Kevin Clancy at Strath-Haven High School...comes from outstanding program that has sent numerous players to Delaware, including brothers Pat, Dan, and John Mulhern who all earned all-conference honors as linebackers...led Strath-Haven to the state Eastern championship and second place state finish as a freshman...team won three district titles and two league titles...team went 31-6 in his career...set school’s single-season rushing record with 1,829 yards and scored 29 touchdowns as a senior and ended career with nearly 4,000 yards rushing and 59 touchdowns...Delaware County Player of the Year as a senior when he was named All-Delaware County twice and All-Central League twice as a running back...played in state East-West All-Star Game...standout in track and field where he finished fifth in the state indoor championships in the 4 x 200 meter relay as a senior and sixth in the state outdoor 4 x 100 meter relay as a senior...averaged 13.9 points and 15.0 rebounds per game for basketball team as a junior when he earned All-Delaware County honors.

At Delaware: Delaware’s top power rusher...runs hard and is difficult to bring down...will battle for starting running back spot and will be key runner in third down situations...two-year letterwinner and team’s most experienced running back with 21 games played and 90 career carries...has rushed for 348 yards (3.9 avg.) and six touchdowns...has also caught two passes for 32 yards (16.0 avg.)...backup to All-American and No. 2 all-time leading rusher at UD Omar Cuff for two seasons...rushed 10 times for 30 yards and one touchdown in 2008 spring game.

2007 Season: Played in all 11 games in a backup role behind Cuff and freshman Phillip Thaxton...slowed at start of season with a hip injury suffered in pre-season drills...missed first two games of season with injury...team’s fifth leading rusher with 20 carries for 41 yards (2.0 avg.)...caught one pass for 16 yards vs. Monmouth...saw most extensive action late in the season, running twice for 15 yards in place of Cuff vs. Villanova and gaining 21 yards on 10 carries in NCAA playoff win over Delaware State...team went 11-4 and advanced to the FCS national title game for head coach K.C. Keeler...workhorse in the Blue-White spring game, running 29 times for a game-high 81 yards and two touchdowns...changed number from 31 to 27 prior to the season.

2006 Season: Earned letter as a true freshman...one of just three true freshmen to see action on offense...team’s No. 2 rusher behind Cuff, running 70 times for 307 yards and six touchdowns with a 4.4 yard average...lost just four yards all season...started games vs. Northeastern and James Madison due to injuries to Cuff...caught seven passes for 39 yards (5.6 avg.) with one touchdown and returned a kickoff for seven yards against West Chester....ran for over 50 yards three times including a season-high 91 yards on 20 carries in his collegiate debut vs. West Chester...caught a 16-yard touchdown pass in debut vs. West Chester and earned Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honors...Blue Hen Touchdown Club Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts...ran for 50 yards and scored two touchdowns vs. Richmond, had 59 yards and a touchdown vs. Towson, and scored two touchdowns on just eight carries and 14 yards vs. Northeastern...also scored a touchdown vs. Rhode Island...had a season-long run of 38 yards for a touchdown vs. Towson...team went 5-6.

Personal: Jared Andre Bradley...born Nov. 30, 1987...son of DeWayne and Liz Bradley...fitness management major...has worked at youth football camps, in construction, and on the staff at the Glen Mills School in Pennsylvania during the summers.
