
High School: Earned three letters in football and two in track and field at Trabuco Hills High School...played both tight end and defensive end in football for coach Jason Negro...competed in shot put and discus in track and field...captain of both teams, including twice for football...three-year starter who caught eight passes for 105 yards as a sophomore, 11 for 187 yards as a junior, and 12 for 190 yards as a senior...first team All-South Coast League as a senior after earning second team honors...blocked for star running back Peter Vallier who rushed for 2,177 yards...honor roll student.
At Delaware: First-year transfer from Washington State...will have sophomore eligibility...has outstanding size and will battle for playing time with Colin Naugle, Matt Ruggiero, and Ryan Stratis as the No. 2 tight end behind All-American Robbie Agnone...big target and the team’s tallest player at 6-6.
At Washington State: Competed for two seasons for the Cougars before transferring to Delaware...majored in biology and pre-med.
2007 Season: Played in all 12 games in a reserve role and on special teams...did not catch a pass or record a tackle...team went 5-7 overall and 3-6 in the Pac 10 Conference in last season under head coach Bill Doba.
2006 Season: Did not see game action and retained freshman eligibility...team went 6-6 (4-5 Pac 10) under Doba.
