High School: Three-year starter at Hammonton High School for Head Coach Pete Lancetta...earned All Cape-Atlantic League and second team All-Group III honors during senior season when he served as team captain...led team to a 10-2 record and to the Group III state finals in 2003...Hammonton went 9-2 in 2004, when it advanced to the Group III semifinals and was the Cape Atlantic League champion...team went 7-3 in 2005 and again advanced to the Group III semifinals...finished career with 75 catches for 1,500 yards and 21 touchdowns...made 40 receptions for 790 yards (19.8 yards per catch) with nine touchdowns during senior season...member of the track & field team...set the school record by running the 100 meters in 10.9 seconds.

At Delaware: Talented receiver with outstanding size...team's tallest receiver at 6-5...big target for UD quarterbacks...will be expected to increase production with graduation of veteran receivers Aaron Love and Kervin Michaud...has appeared in 14 career games and grabbled 17 receptions for 205 yards (12.0 avg.)...will battle for starting spot among receiving corps that has just one senior...was limited in spring drills with a lower back injury.

2008 Season: Enjoyed his best season as a Blue Hen and earned his second letter...saw action in 11 games and earned four starts vs. William & Mary, Hofstra, and Villanova...missed the opener vs. Maryland with an injury...ranked No. 6 on the team with 15 receptions for 169 yards (11.3 yard per catch) and one touchdown...11.3 aveage was third best on team...scored team's lone touchdown in 27-10 loss to Maine on a 33-yard reception from Robbie Schoenhoft in the second quarter...finished with three catches for 60 yards vs. Maine and caught three passes for 43 yards against West Chester...also had three receptions each vs. Richmond and Villanova...team went 4-8...enjoyed an outstanding spring as he was selected the Blue Hen Touchdown Club Most Improved Offensive Player as selected by the UD coaching staff

2007 Season: Earned first letter as a backup wide receiver...part of an outstanding passing attack led by All-American quarterback Joe Flacco and top receivers Love, Michaud, and Mark Duncan...team went 11-4 and advanced to the FCS national championship game...saw action in first three games of the season and started first career game vs. Rhode Island but did not see action the rest of the season...caught two passes for 36 yards, snaring a 14-yard reception in his collegiate debut vs. William & Mary and a 22-yard catch vs. West Chester...enjoyed an outstanding spring practice campaign and was one of the stars of the spring game...caught a game-high six passes for 118 yards, including a 59-yard reception from Flacco that was the longest play of the game.

2006 Season: Did not see game action as a true freshman and retained freshman eligibility...was hampered by injuries in pre-season practice...team went 5-6.

Personal: Tommy Wayne Crosby, Jr....born Dec. 16, 1987...son of Lawrence and Karen Huggins...health and physical education major at Delaware...has worked with the Upward Bound Program as a tutor during the summer...program helps poor and first generation college students adjust to college life.
