
High School: Enjoyed an outstanding career at Nolan Catholic High School in Forth Worth, Tex....helped lead team to consecutive state championships in 2004 and 2005 for head coach Joe Prud’dhome...named a Dallas Morning News Top 100 area player (No. 71)...was listed among the top quarterbacks in the nation by Fab 50 Recruiting...team posted a 22-4 record during his final two seasons...named Most Valuable Player of the 2005 state championship game.
At Delaware: Second-year transfer...athletic left-hander who has good size and speed...has improved knowledge of the Blue Hen offense and is ready to take over the No. 2 spot at quarterback behind first-year transfer Pat Devlin from Penn State...showed vast improvement in spring drills...saw action in 2009 spring game and completed 9 of 24 passes for 100 yards and two interceptions...also ran twice for six yards.
2008 Season: Joined the squad just before pre-season drills after transfering from Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, Calif. during the summer....spent fall learning offense and serving as scout team quarterback in practice...was No. 3 quarterback behind Robbie Schoenhoft and Lou Ritacco...saw action in just one game when he entered at the end of the loss to William & Mary on Oct. 18 at Delaware Stadium...took just three snaps and was sacked twice and threw an incomplete pass...team went 4-8.
At Orange Coast Junior College: 2007 Season: Played one season and started at quarterback for head coach Mike Taylor...team went 5-5 overall and 3-2 in the Mission Conference American Division...completed 47 of 109 passes for 606 yards and four touchdowns with four interceptions...also carried 65 times for 45 yards and one touchdown.
At Akron: 2006 Season: One of Akron’s top recruits...did not see game action and retained freshman eligibility...team went 5-7 for head coach J.D. Brookhart...enrolled in school in January and took part in spring drills...completed 4 of 8 passes and one touchdown in the spring game.
