Delaware shot a team score of 308 Monday and 331 Tuesday to finish at 639 in the two-day, 36-hole event which included 10 teams. Iona overtook first day leader Rutgers to win the team championship with a score of 622. Rutgers was second at 624 followed by host Temple, Delaware, and Loyola.

Nine of the 10 teams shot worse Tuesday as the group braved cold, rain, and high winds over the par 71, 6,634-yard course. Of the 50 players who teed off Tuesday, only eight managed to break 80 and seven shot 90 or higher. Iona's Mark LeVeck led all golfers on Tuesday with a 76.
