NEWARK, Del. -- The University of Delaware will hold a pep rally for the Blue Hen men’s and women’s basketball teams on Monday, November 9 at 7 p.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings on Elkton Road.

Festivities will include comments by men’s head coach Monté Ross and women’s head coach Tina Martin, as well as appearances by the UD cheerleaders, dance team members and YoUDee. All members of both Blue Hen teams will be introduced as well.

A wing eating contest will be held featuring Blue Hen coaches and students from the Cockpit. There will also be a drawing for courtside floor seats, Delaware basketball trivia, giveaways, and much more.

Delaware students interested in participating in the wing eating contest can enter a drawing at the Blue Hen volleyball match against Towson on Friday, November 6 beginning at 7 p.m. at the Bob Carpenter Center.
