At Delaware: Outstanding three-point shooter who has kept his "linebacker's body" despite dropping 20 lbs. from his football playing days…has three seasons of eligibility remaining, although he was never on a basketball roster at Minnesota...was recruited by the Gophers to play football, but did not play in 1998-99 due to injury…2000-01 Season: Will see significant time as Delaware's third guard / small forward…At University of Minnesota: 1999-2000 Season: Sat out per NCAA Transfer regulations after transferring to Minnesota...1998-99 Season: Sat out freshman season as a redshirt on the University of Minnesota football team.

In High School: Set career records at Eden Prairie High School for points (1,740), rebounds (696) and steals (250)...four-time Lake Conference All-Academic selection...was named Midwest SportsChannel's (MSC) Boys' High School Athlete of the Year as a senior...Associated Press Football Player of the Year as a senior in 1997...Finalist for Minnesota's Mr. Basketball Award as a senior in 1997-98...two-time all-state selection in football as he led team to back to back state titles (caught the winning touchdown pass in both state title games)...football team was a perfect 13-0 in his senior season as he recorded 142 tackles...played strong safety and linebacker on defense and tight end on offense.

Personal: Ryan Dean Iversen...born Nov. 21, 1979...son of Jeff and Judy Busch...communications major...has been active in a number of charitable organizations, including the Salvation Army.
