Updated 2001-2002 Game by Game Statistics As a Blue Hen Solid ballhandler and distributor who can also shoot it from the outside...has great scoring potential and is lethal from three-point range...2000-01 Season: Blue Hens No. 3 scorer...became seventh individual at UD to record 50 three-pointers in a season...ranked in Top 10 in America East in three-point field goal percentage, assists and assist/turnover ratio entering the tournament...scored in double figures in 16 of 29 games...started 29 of 30 games (did not play vs. Northeastern on January 11 due to stomach flu)...had 21 points at George Mason on November 25 &endash; 16 of those in the first half...tied that career high with 21 points vs. Charleston Southern December 20 in the first round of the College of Charleston State Farm Classic...also had 17 points in overtime loss to College of Charleston to earn all-tournament honors...closed out the regular season with back-to-back games of nine assists...had five or more assists on nine occasions...had 14 assists (most by a Blue Hen since 1987, third all-time at Delaware and sixth all-time in conference history), 16 points and just one turnover in Delaware's record-setting win over New Hampshire December 7 (Rowland had four three-pointers and 10 of his 14 assists led to three-pointers as UD hit a school and America East record 18 of them in the game)...hit three or more three-pointers in 11 games...1999-2000 Season: Had a solid freshman season...spent most of the season in Mike Brey's eight-man rotation because of the injury situation and was a vital contributor on a regular basis, appearing in 29 games with seven starts (including at Arizona) averaged 4.1 ppg and 2.0 rpg shot 19-63 from 3-pt range (30.2%) recorded three double-figure scoring games...had a season-high 15 points at Northeastern Jan. 16...had a season-high eight rebounds at Boston University on Jan. 14...had a near-perfect day vs. Boston University on Feb. 10, going 3-4 from the field (3-3 from three-point range), 2-2 from the foul line and adding two rebounds, two steals and his first career block (which gave UD a new team record for blocked shots in a season)...finished among the leaders in America East in assist/turnover ratio (2.0)...had eight points, four rebounds and dished out 11 assists in Delaware's win over Howard, the third-highest single-game assist total by a freshman in school history.
