Jacob Donald Watts • born June 30, 1984 • son of Donald and Cynthia Wats • has an uncle that played basketball at the University of Kentucky and another uncle that played basketball at Penn State University • has a sister, Rebecca, 18 • both parents are Delaware graduates • finance and economics major at Delaware.
