At Delaware: Cross Country - 2006 Season:  Competed in six meets and led team with 12th place finish in IC4A Coaches Race • finished fifth at the Delaware Invitational #1 and sixth at the Hofstra Invitational • placed 49th at the CAA Championships. 2007 Season: Had two top 10 finishes including the Towson meet and the UD Invitational #1 meet • placed 23rd in the CAA Championships, 126th in the NCAA Regionals and 94th in the IC4A's • CAA Academic Honor Roll recipient.

Outdoor Track - 2007 Season: Won the 5000 meters at the Towson Invitational and the 800 meters at the Delaware Open • ran the 1500 meters in 4:06.20 at the Towson Invitational, the second best time by a Blue Hen on the season • ran the 5000 meters in 15:11.79 at the CAA Championships, third best in the team • named to CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll. 2008 Season: Won the 3000 meter race at the Delaware Open in 8:50.70, the ninth fastest time in the event in Blue Hen history • ran the 5000 meters in 15:10.68 at the CAA Championships, second best on the team.

High School: Standout distance runner and swimmer at La Salle College High School • three-time All-Catholic Philadelphia Catholic League in cross country • captained his team to four Catholic League Championships in cross country and swimming • honor student.
