
At Delaware: Cross Country - 2008 team co-captain. 2005 Season: Competed in five meets, including the IC4A, where he placed 22nd. 2006 Season: Competed in three meets during the season • placed 10th at first meet of the year at Hofstra. 2007 Season: Competed in four meets for the Blue Hens • placed as high as 26th in the first meet against Towson.
Indoor Track - 2005-06 Season: Was not a member of the Blue Hens. 2006-07 Season: Ran the mile in 4:28.06 at the Gotham Cup and the 3000 meters in 8:56.75 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational. 2007-08 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens.
Outdoor Track - 2006 Season: Won the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Rider Invitational • ran the 1500 meters in 4:13.24 at the Maryland Invitational • named to Colonial Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll. 2007 Season: Ran the 1500 meters in 4:11.20 at the Towson Invitational and the 3000 meter steeplechase in 9:45.05 at the Colonial Relays • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2008 Season: Ran the 3000 meter steeplechase in 9:51.33 at the Penn Invitational and the 5000 meters in 15:38.79 at the Towson Invitational • ran the 400 meter hurdles in 1:06.41 at the Delaware Open.
High School: Ran cross country and track at Salesianum High School in Wilmington, Del. under coach Ryan Heiss • All-State cross country sophomore and junior years • All-State Indoor and Outdoor Track junior and senior years • member of National Honor Society • Student Council Class Representative.
