Indoor Track - 2005-06 Season: Was not a member of the Blue Hens. 2006-07 Season: Ran the 1000 meters in 2:58.49 and the mile in 4:53.27 at the Delaware Invitational #1 • finished the 3000 meters in 9:24.28 at the Gotham Cup and the 5000 meters in 16:37.91 at the Thomson Invitational. 2007-08 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens.

Outdoor Track - 2006 Season: Ran the 300 meters in 9:25.82 at the Delaware Invitational #2, the 5000 meters in 15:55.89 at the Tuppeny Twilight Meet, and the 10,000 meters in 33:08.93 at the Monmouth Invitational • named to Colonial Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll. 2007 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:14.00 and the 1500 meters in 4:21.74 at the Penn Invitational • finished the 3000 meter steeplechase in 10:53.34 at the Delaware Open, the 5000 meters in 15:44.70 at the Maryland Invitational, and the 10,000 meters in 32:42.47 at the Towson Invitational • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2008 Season: Won the Delaware Open and finished second at the Lehigh Games in the 5000 meters • ran the 800 meters in 2:12.74 and the 1500 meters in 4:20.19 at the Towson Invitational • finished the 3000 meter steeplechase in 10:28.99 at the Delaware Open, the 5000 meters in 15:45.42 at the Penn Invitational, and the 10,000 meters in 33:21.28 at the Raleigh Relays.
