At Delaware: Cross Country - 2005 Season: Was not a member of the Blue Hens. 2006 Season: Earned letter as he competed in seven of eight meets • top finish was a ninth place finish at Hofstra Invitational • placed 15th in Coaches Race of IC4A Championships • placed 64th at Colonial Athletic Association Championships. 2007 Season: Did not compete due to injuries.

Indoor Track - 2005-06 Season: Ran the 3000 meters in 9:24.79 at the Maryland Invitational and the 5000 meters in 15:47.74 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational. 2006-07 Season: Finished third in the 5000 meters in 15:38.52 at the Gotham Cup • ran the 1000 meters in 2:44.45 at the Delaware Invitational #1, the mile in 4:32.86 at the Princeton Invitational, and the 3000 meters in 8:57.67 at the Thomson Invitational. 2007-08 Season: Did not compete in any meets due to injuries.

Outdoor Track - 2006 Season: Finished 10th at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships in the 3000 meter steeplechase • ran the 300 meter steeplechase in 10:09.18 at the Monmouth Invitational • ran the 5000 meters in 15:44.43 at the Lehigh Games and 3000 meters in 9:16.61 at the Delaware Invitational #2. 2007 Season: Won the 3000 meter steeplechase in 10:19.16 at the Delaware Open • ran the 15:30.33 at the Maryland Invitational and the 1500 meters in 4:09.65 at the Colonial Relays • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2008 Season: Did not compete in any meets due to injuries.

High School: Played basketball, baseball and cross country his freshman year, before focusing on cross country and track and field his remaining three years • led team to cross country state championship in 2000 • captained the team in 2003 and 2004 • named most valuable player and first team All-State in 2004 • honor student • Senior Class Treasurer.
