At Delaware: Cross Country - 2008 team captain. 2006 Season: Competed in seven meets during the season • placed 98th in NCAA's and 88th in IC4A's • placed 10th in the Delaware Invitational #2 and had two other Top 20 finishes • was 48th at Colonial Athletic Association championships • earned team's Rookie of the Year Award. 2007 Season: Competed in all eight meets for the Blue Hens • had four top 10 finishes during the year, including a second place finish at Monmouth Invitational • third at Towson Invitational, fourth at Delaware Invitational #2, and fifth at Delaware Invitational #1 • led all UD runners with 16th place finish at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships • earned team's Most Improved Award • placed 79th in NCAA Regionals and 72nd in IC4A's.

Indoor Track - 2006-07 Season: Did not compete for the Blue Hens. 2007-08 Season: Did not compete for the Blue Hens.

Outdoor Track - 2007 Season: Ran the 10,000 meters in 32:15.19 at the Towson Invitational, the best time by a UD runner on the season • finished the 5000 meters in 15:25.67 at the CAA Championships, the fourth best time on the year • ran the 800 meters in 2:06.60 and the 1500 meters in 4:08.68 at the Lehigh Games. 2008 Season: Ran the 10,000 meters in 33:22.43 at the Raleigh Relays • finished the 5000 meters in 15:18.77 at the Towson Invitational, the fourth best time by a Blue Hen on the season • also competed in the 800 and 1500 meter runs at the Lehigh Games.

High School: Second team All-State selection as a junior and first team All-State selection as a senior in cross country at St. Mark’s High School • served as team captain of cross country team during junior and senior seasons, and of track team during senior season.
