At Delaware: Cross Country - 2006 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2007 Season: Competed in five meets for the Blue Hens, including the IC4A's where he placed 92nd • placed as high as 12th in the first meet of the season at Towson • earned team's Most Outstanding Rookie Award • Colonial Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll recipient.

Indoor Track - 2006-07 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2007-08 Season: Ran the mile in 4:34.09 at the Thomson Invitational and the 3000 meters in 8:56.96 at the Gotham Cup.

Outdoor Track - 2007 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:04.96 at the Towson Invitational, the fourth best time by a Blue Hen on the season • finished the 1500 meters in 4:07.09 at the Towson Invitational and the 5000 meters in 15:59.07 at the Maryland Invitational. 2008 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens.

High School: Standout in cross country and track at Mount Pleasant High School under coach Jamie Mance • first team All-State Cross Country in 2004 and 2005 • state indoor and outdoor 3200 meter champion in 2006 • National Honor Society.
