Hall Named CAA Men's Lacrosse Player of
the Week

RICHMOND,
VA -- University of Delaware sophomore
midfielder Jordan Hall (right), who led
the Blue Hen men's lacrosse team to two
one-sided victories last week, has been
named the Colonial Athletic Association
Player of the Week for the period ending
March 13.
Hall, a
midfielder from Surrey, British Columbia
(Fleetwood Park High School), led Delaware
to wins of 15-7 over Mt. St. Mary's on
Wednesday in Baltimore and 18-9 over
Albany on Saturday at Rullo Stadium.
The 6-0,
185-pounder scored a career-high four
goals and dished out two assists in the
win over Mt. St. Mary's and added two
goals and two assists in the win over
two-time defending America East champion
and NCAA Tournament participant Albany.
Hall
currently leads the Blue Hens and the CAA
in scoring with 11 goals and 11 assists
and ranks second in the CAA in assists and
sixth in goals per game. Delaware is the
top scoring team in the CAA, averaging
13.2 goals per game.
Sacred
Heart freshman midfielder Billy Fuchs
earned CAA Rookie of the Week honors after
scoring two goals and assisting on three
others in wins over Robert Morris and
Manhattan last week.
Delaware
will take its 4-2 record and two-game
winning streak into Wednesday's 7 p.m.
home matchup vs. No. 5 Georgetown at Rullo
Stadium. Georgetown is 2-1 and coming off
a 10-7 win over Syracuse Saturday.
