Tournament Information
The University of Delaware will be holding the 2010 Delaware Challenge Boy’s Lacrosse Tournament with options for teams or individuals to play Sunday, November 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the University of Delaware Athletic Complex.
Players who are interested in competing as individuals or as teams may sign up. Registration is $65.
The games will be regulation 10 vs. 10 played by high school federation rules. Teams will be placed in Divisions. Teams are guaranteed three games and a winner will be declared for each division. No overall tournament winner will be declared – only divisional winners. Each game will be 50 minutes in length. Personal information will be available to all college coaches in attendance.
Players can sign up as individuals, or with their high school team or club team. Individuals can sign up to be placed on independent teams or complete high school or club teams are also encouraged to attend. For those groups attending as a team it is recommended to have 18-20 players. All participants will have a short instructional clinic prior to the first games per NCAA rules.
