2007 Season: Midfielder who played a key role leading Delaware to the Colonial Athletic Association title and NCAA Final Four berth...earned second letter as a backup...appeared in 12 games and recorded five goals and two assists on 12 shots...scored goals vs. Saint Joseph's, Manhattan, Georgetown, Villanova, and Sacred Heart...dished out assists vs. Manhattan and regular season game vs. Hofstra...had season-high four shots vs. Sacred Heart...recorded a groundball vs. Hofstra...saw action in NCAA Tournament win over Virginia.
2006 Season: Midfielder who helped lead Delaware to a berth in the CAA championship game...appeared as a backup in 12 games and recorded three goals and two assists on 13 shots.....saw action in both CAA Tournament games vs. Hofstra and Towson...scored two goals and dished out an assist vs. Robert Morris and tallied a goal vs. Saint Joseph's and an assist against Albany...had four shots each vs. Albany and Robert Morris.
2005 Season: Saw action in two games in a reserve role but did not record a point or groundball...played in wins over Saint Joseph’s and Albany....team advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
Personal: Kyle Anthony Rotelli...son of Peter and Rosemary Rotelli...youngest of four children...criminal justice major at Delaware...father is an attorney...father played collegiate ice hockey at Brown University...took part in an Australian exchange program during this past summer and played club lacrosse for the Woodville Warriors in Adelaide...team won a league championship...also on the team was former UD teammate Brian Calabrese....hobbies include surfing and skiing. |
