High School: Standout lacrosse player at LaSalle High School...led team to Catholic League title as a junior....earned All-American honors as a senior and was a two-time All-State and a four-time All-Catholic League selection as an attackman...served as team captain as a senior.

At Delaware: Third-year team member...has earned two letters...will add solid backup support to an experienced and talented attack unit...may also challenge for time on Delaware man-up offense unit.

2008 Season: Appeared in 13 games and scored eight points on four goals and four assists...also scooped up five groundballs and caused one turnover on the season...scored a season-high four points on two goals and two assists against Robert Morris.

2007 Season: Played in two games as a backup attackman for Delaware, helping the Blue Hens capture the Colonial Athletic Association title and advance to the NCAA Final Four...dished out on assist and had one shot, two grourndballs, and one caused turnover...saw action in games vs. Saint Joseph's and Rutgers...dished out an assist in Delaware debut vs. Saint Joseph's and also had a groundball and caused turnover in victory.

2006: Attended Loyola College in Baltimore, MD.

Personal: Patrick Ryan Lombard...son of Jerome and Audrey Lombard...history education major...works as a lifeguard in the summer....both parents graduate from LaSalle College...has one brother and one sister...sister, Joanne, was an All-American field hockey player at Syracuse University in 2003.
