Delaware Fall Tournament 2009, October 17th UD Field Turfs.
The Blue Hens will be hosting for the first time in many years a fall tournament. Princeton, Loyola and Bucknell will compete with the Blue Hens on October 17th . The tournament will be played on the two field turf fields behind Delaware Field House. There is no charge and Delaware plays Princeton at noon while Loyola plays Bucknell. At 2:15 teams will switch fields and Delaware will play Bucknell while Princeton plays Loyola. Both games are four quarters 25 minute running time quarters. Hope you can attend.

FRIENDS OF DELAWARE LACROSSE" BALTIMORE UD LACROSSE ALUMNI SOCIAL
The "Friends of Delaware Lacrosse" would like to invite UD men's Lacrosse Alums to an alumni and supporters social to be held on Friday, October 16 at Steve and Susan Shaw's home. The time is 7:00-9:00 p.m. with drinks and a light snack menu being served. The Shaw's live at 200 Northfield Place, Baltimore, MD. The following day, October 17th the lacrosse team will be hosting on the field turfs behind Delaware Field House our fall tournament with Princeton, Loyola and Bucknell as participants. UD'S new Athletic Director Bernard Muir will be attending to speak on the Men's Lacrosse Program along with Head Coach Bob Shillinglaw, Associate Head Coach Greg Carroll and assistant Ryan Glennon
It is the goal of the coaching staff with the support of the University administration, athletic administration and the athletic development
office to meet with lacrosse alumni to discuss the progress of the program as well as the outlook for this year's team.

Big City Classic, April 10th vs Hofstra in the New Giants Stadium
Delaware will be playing Hofstra on April 10th for the second year in the Big City Classic sponsored Inside Lacrosse. More details will be coming out about our UD alumni event to be held at Giants Stadium. This is part of a triple header with UD vs Hofstra at 1 p.m., followed by UNC vs UVA, Syracuse vs Princeton.
