At Delaware: Indoor Track - 2005-06 Season: Threw the shot put 46’5.5” at the Maryland Invitational and the weight throw 35’1” at the Gotham Cup. 2006-07 Season: Recorded a shot put of 48’9” at the Princeton Invitational and a weight throw of 45’3.75” at the Delaware Invitational. 2007-08 Season: Threw the shot put 46’8.75” at the Delaware Invitational and the weight throw 47’1.75” at the John Covert Classic.
Outdoor Track - 2006 Season: Won the discus at the Delaware Invitational • threw the shot put 47’10” at the Rider Invitational and the discus 140’5” at the Lehigh Games. 2007 Season: Finished fifth at the Colonial Athletic Association Championships with a 48’11.5” throw in the shot put • threw the discus 145’6” at the Delaware Open. 2008 Season: Won the discus in the Towson Invitational and Delaware Open • finished third in the discus and fifth in the shot put at the CAA Championships • threw the hammer 135’11” at the Delaware Open the discus 154’2” at the Rider and Lehigh Invitationals.
High School: Earned three letters in football and eight in track and field at Sparta High School • finished fifth in the shot put in the national indoor meet.
