
At Delaware: Cross Country - 2008 team co-captain. 2005 Season: Competed in three meets and finished fifth at the UNC Wilmington Invitational and 47th at the CAA Championships. 2006 Season: Competed in seven meets, including the NCAA's and IC4A's • placed 47th in the IC4A, 84th in NCAA • three top-10 finishes during the year, including a third place at Hofstra • led team at Delaware Invitational #2 and IC4A meets. 2007 Season: Competed in just one race, vs. Towson, before missing remainder of the season with injuries • placed 39th with a time of 29:36.
Indoor Track - 2005-06 Season: Member of distance medley relay team that qualified for the IC4A Championships • finished second in the 3000 meters in 8:29.88 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational • competed in the 800 meters, 1000 meters, and mile for the Blue Hens. 2006-07 Season: Won the 5000 meters in 15:04.82 at the Thomson Invitational • finished 19th at the IC4A Championships in the 3000 meters in 8:28.08, the sixth fastest time in UD history • ran the mile in 4:20.46 at the Fordham Invitational and the 100 meters in 2:35.01 at the Gotham Cup, the best times by a Blue Hen on the season. 2007-08 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens due to injury.
Outdoor Track - 2006 Season: Finished ninth in the 5000 meters in 15:27.68 at the CAA Championships • won the 3000 meter steeplechase in 9:41.46 at the Delaware Invitational #2 • ran the 10,000 meters in 31:59.12 at the Raleigh Relays • also competed in the 1500 meters and 3000 meters. 2007 Season: Finished fourth in the 5000 meters at the CAA Championships • won the 3000 meters in 8:35.52 at the Delaware Open, setting the school record and the UD Mini-Stadium record in the event • won the 1500 meters in 4:00.25 at the Rider Open • posted a season-best time of 14:50.91 in the 500 meters at the Maryland Invitational. 2008 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens due to injury.
High School: Standout runner at Ward Melville High School for four years under coach Jerry Lessechio • three letters in outdoor and in indoor track • All-State in outdoor track and cross country • All-County twice in both outdoor track and cross country • captain of distance team • All-League eight times in track and cross country • owns school record in 3200 meters for indoor and outdoor track.
