At Delaware: Indoor Track - 2005-06 Season: Was not a member of the Blue Hens. 2006-07 Season: Ran the 400 meters in 54.49 at the Thomson Invitational. 2007-08 Season: Member of distance medley relay team that finished fifth in the New Balance Invitational in 10:16.83 • competed in the 200 meters, 300 meters, 400 meters and 500 meters.
Outdoor Track - 2006 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2007 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. 2008 Season: Ram the 400 meters in 52.77 at the Raleigh Relays and the 800 meters in 2:10.32 at the Towson Invitational.
High School: Member of the cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams at Watchung Hill Regional High School • also played football and basketball for one year • earned 10 letters in track and set 16 school records • earned four Most Valuable Player awards • twice named Athlete of the Year for indoor and outdoor track teams • third team All-Somerset County in the 400 meters and second team in the 800 meters • honor roll student.
