At Delaware: Indoor Track - 2006-07 Season: Recorded a throw of 46’1.25” in the weight throw at the Thomson Invitational. 2007-08 Season: Won the weight throw at the Pyrah Invitational and Delaware Invitational • recorded a season-best throw of 50’3.5” at the Princeton Invitational.
High School: Earned two letters in outdoor track, one in indoor track and one in football at St. Mark’s High School • finished sixth in the state as a junior and fourth as a senior in the discus • also throw the shot put • played offensive guard for the football team, which advanced to two state championship games • honor roll student • member of National Honor Society.
