
At Delaware: Indoor Track - 2006-07 Season: Member of 4x400 meter relay team that won the Ursinus Invitational • ran the 300 meters in 36.92 at the Pyrah Invitational, the fastest time by a Blue Hen on the season • ran the 400 meters in 50.80 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational, the best time on the squad on the year • ran the 55 meters in 6.82 at the Pyrah Invitational and the 60 meters in 7.31 at the Lehigh Games • recorded a 20’11.25” long jump at the Pyrah Invitational. 2007-08 Season: Member of 4x400 meter relay that finished in 3:25.23 at the New Balance Invitational • ran the 300 meters in 37.64 at the Pyrah Invitational, the second best time by a Blue Hen on the season • finished the 400 meters in 52.84 at the Penn State Open, the third fastest time on the team • also ran the 60 meters in 7.52 at the Delaware Invitational and the 200 meters in 23.43 at the Penn State Open • posted a 20’11.25” long jump at the Lafayette Invitational.
Outdoor Track - 2007 Season: Member of the 4x100 meter relay team that finished in 43.01 at the Delaware Open • member of the 4x200 meter relay team that finished 1:34.60 at the Penn Relays • ran the 200 meters in 23.72 at the Winthrop Invitational and Colonial Relays, the fourth best time on the season • ran the 400 meters in 53.05 at the Colonial Relays and the 800 meters in 2:11.65 at the Towson Invitational. 2008 Season: Threw the javelin 149’3” at the Maryland Invitational • threw the discus 95’6” at the Delaware Invitational.
High School: Four-year member of volleyball and track teams at Ward Melville High School • set the school record in the 55 meters, 4x100 relay, and 4x400 relay • was the league champion in the 55 meters and 300 meters • three-time league champion in 400 meters and long jump, and two-time champion in 200 meters • county champion in 300 meters • earned five letters • two-time All-Division selection and once named All-Division honorable mention • selected to All-County Tournament Team • led Ward Melville to county championship • served as team captain for both teams during senior year • named 2006 Most Outstanding Athlete • National Honor Society board member • earned Student-Athlete Award.
