At Delaware: Indoor Track - 2004-05 Season: Was not a member of the Blue Hens. 2005-06 Season: Ran the 3000 meters in 9:20.25 at the John Covert Classic. 2006-07 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:07.54 at the John Covert Classic and the mile in 4:31.11 at the Gotham Cup • ran the 3000 meters in 8:58.59 at the Princeton Invitational and the 5000 meters in 15:26.08 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational. 2007-08 Season: Ran the 1000 meters in 2:40.20 at the Thomson Invitational and the mile in 4:27.20 at the Princeton Invitational • finished the 3000 meters in 9:05.43 at the Gotham Cup and the 5000 meters in 15:47.28 at the New Balance Invitational.
Outdoor Track - 2005 Season: Won the Delaware Invitational #2 5000 meters • ran the 5000 meters in a season-best 15:36.07 at the Monmouth Invitational • ran the 800 meters in 2:01.95 and the 1500 meters in 4:06.12 at the TCNJ Lions Invitational. 2006 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2007 Season: Ran the 5000 meters in 15:33.61 at the Colonial Relays • named to CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2008 Season: Ran the 800 meters in 2:01.98 at the Lehigh Games and the 1500 meters in 4:07.21 at the Towson Invitational • ran the 3000 meters in 8:53.34 at the Delaware Open, the 10th fastest time in Blue Hen history.
