ANNAPOLIS, MD -- The U.S. Naval Academy used second half goals by Jake Roberts and Brye Gerhardt and three saves by Brian Steckroth to defeat Delaware, 2-0, Tuesday night in men's soccer action. Roberts broke a scoreless tie 14:46 into the second half with assists from Mike Taylor and Matt Neely. Gerhardt sealed the win for Navy (5-4-2) with 2:38 remaining in regulation when he scored off of a Neely pass. David Owens had three saves in net for Delaware (2-7-1). Navy held a 12-10 advantage in shots. Delaware travels to Hofstra for an America East game Friday at 3:30 p.m.
