NEWARK, Del. - The University of Delaware men's soccer team helped freshmen students and their families move their luggage into student housing this past Sunday as part of operation "Arrival Survival."
This is the third year head coach Ian Hennessy's squad has helped the University in this way. Hennessy said that just because these young men are athletes, they should not be separate from the student body.
"It is important that our team integrates itself with University life and the students at Delaware," he said. "This is a simple way to lend a hand and a smile to those that are new to the University. We represent the University in saying welcome, and how can we help?"
