Oct. 11, 1998 at 11:00 a.m. W 8-1 The University of Delaware men's and women's tennis teams both picked up America East victories over Drexel Sunday afternoon. The Delaware women (6-0, 4-0 America East) downed Drexel 9-0 while the Blue Hen men (1-0) opened their 1998-99 season with an 8-1 victory over the Dragons. In men's action, the Hens swept doubles and won five of the six singles matches. Ira Bernstein (Concord HS), Mike Murray (Milford HS), Jordan Biel, and Clinton Cole all picked up wins as did freshmen Sean Kelly and Dave Mouber.
