
1. The Assistant Director, Marketing oversees all advertising. All solicitations must be approved in advance by the Assistant Director, Marketing.
All advertising rates are established by the Associate Director of Athletics, Business & External Affairs, with the Marketing Associate.
2. AGB 9/98
Alcohol tobacco, and other product advertisements, as identified by the Athletics Governing Board, shall not be used in University athletics publications or during radio or television programs for which the University negotiates the contract.
No student-athlete, under AGB jurisdiction, may associate his/her name or likeness in any manner with the advertisement or any commercial product, including those products specifically prohibited by AGB regulations.
Political campaign advertisements shall not be used in University athletics publications, on advertising panels, or displayed during athletics events.
3. Also prohibited is any association with gambling or tout services.
