1. Annual performance appraisals are conducted for all full-time staff by their direct supervisors.
2. Evaluation of coaches by the student-athletes are conducted each season. It is the responsibility of the head coach to obtain from the Executive Secretary to the Director of Athletics at the end of each championship season "Athletics Program Survey" forms for each team member to complete. Results are tabulated by the Executive Secretary and sent to the head coach, who should share appropriate information with assistant coaches, the program administrator and the Director of Athletics."
