1. The University of Delaware Athletics Program is committed to striving to provide gender equitable programs for its men and women student- athletes.

2. Questions and/or concerns in this area should be addressed either to the Director of Athletics or the Associate Director of Athletics, Internal Affairs & SWA.

3. A campus-wide commitment to equity committee, appointed by the President, is charged with review of this important area, as well as minority opportunities and student-athlete welfare.
