
1. Office equipment such as FAX machines and copiers are provided for the professional requirements of Athletics staff during normal working hours. Use should be limited only to professional, rather than personal, needs and should reflect reasonable consideration for more economical alternatives, (e. g. , Quick Copy, campus mail, etc. ) especially with high volume projects.
2. On those few occasions when access to office equipment is a necessity during times other than normal working hours, it is necessary to arrange in advance with the Office Coordinator (DFH), Executive Secretary (BCC) or Senior Secretary, Recreation Services (CSB) to access needed areas.
3. Excessive use of office equipment may result in the assignment of charges to the specific budget of the user.
