
1. Coaches need to submit a "Preliminary Roster" to the Compliance Officer by June 1st for the following year and provide timely updates, as necessary.
2. Final rosters must be submitted no later than one week prior to the first competition (scrimmage, exhibition, etc. ). These need to be kept accurate and complete, including all active team members, redshirts, paid and unpaid coaching staff, managers and trainers, through prompt updates to the Compliance Office as deletions occur. This is important since this document is considered the official roster for reports and records and is distributed to numerous Athletics offices for their use.
NOTE: Additions after the first competition may only be made in cases of extenuating circumstances and with the approval of the Associate Director of Athletics, Internal Affairs & SWA.
