1. A limited amount of generic "Athletics" letterhead and envelopes is available to coaches. However, this should not be used for large volume mailings. Coaches are encouraged, instead, to purchase personalized (by sport) letterhead and envelopes. Such orders should be coordinated through the Records Specialist in the Office of the Associate Director of Athletics, Business & External Affairs. This will be charged to funding of the individual sport program.
2. NCAA regulations relating to stationery which may be utilized for recruiting must be followed.
