2004: Appeared in nine games and started two in the circle • posted a 3.50 ERA, allowing nine earned runs and 22 hits in 18.0 innings of work • picked up only win of the season in a 4-1 victory over Penn on April 20 by throwing two perfect innings of relief • struck out five and gave up two hits in 2.1 scoreless innings in her first appearance of the season versus George Mason on February 20 • also did not allow a run in three innings against Liberty on February 28 and in two innings vs. Maryland on May 6 • in her only at bat of the season, she worked a bases loaded walk to earn an RBI in the 12-1 win over Norfolk State on February 27.
2003: Went 8-6 as a freshman with a 1.98 ERA • appeared in 18 games, logging 102.2 innings of work • set a UD record for fewest walks per seven innings (0.477) • walked just seven batters all season and had only one appearance in which she walked more than one batter • struck out 68 batters • fired seven complete games on the year, including three shutouts • in her second collegiate game against Canisius, she fired a six-hit shutout and struck out 11, helping her earn CAA Rookie of the Week honors • fired a two-hit shutout against Drexel on April 18 • threw a four-hit shutout against Towson on May 3 and followed that with 2.2 innings of shutout relief the following day to beat the Tigers, helping her earn CAA Pitcher of the Week honors.
High School: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Female Athlete of the Year, Softball Player of the Year, and all-area and all-state selection as a senior • set records as a senior for strikeouts (242), lowest ERA (0.16) and least walks (four in 479 batters faced) • also played volleyball at South Milwaukee High School • went 20-1 as a senior and led her team to the Southeast Conference title • her lone loss was in a 13-inning 1-0 game.
