At Delaware: Expected to start in the outfield for the Blue Hens • enters the season ranked fifth in Delaware history with 23 career stolen bases.
2008: Started 37 games for the Blue Hens before missing the final 10 with a knee injury • stole 13 bases, tied for fifth most in a UD single season • batted .254 on the year • recorded 30 hits and 17 runs scored, both third most on the team • had nine multi-hit games, tied for second on the Blue Hens • went 3 for 3 with a run scored and an RBI against Norfolk State (3/7) • was 3 for 4 with two runs scored and an RBI versus La Salle (3/12) • recorded two hits in seven games on the year.
2007: Appeared in 40 games and started 32, all but two in rightfield • batted .198 with 18 hits, two doubles, 13 runs scored, and three stolen bases • went 3 for 4 with a double and a run scored at Bucknell (5/1) • had two hits against Norfolk State (3/11) and twice at Georgia State (5/5 and 5/6) • went 1 for 2 with a walk and two runs scored in the season-opener against Binghamton (3/2).
2006: Appeared in 50 games while making 48 starts, all but two in rightfield • batted .236 with 34 hits and 20 runs scored • ranked fourth in the CAA with nine sacrifice bunts • went 4 for 4 with a double and three runs scored against St. Francis-NY (3/17) • was 2 for 2 with three runs scored in the win over Penn earlier that day • went 2 for 4 with a run scored and two RBI versus George Mason (3/11) • was 2 for 4 with two RBI against Norfolk State (3/12) • went 2 for 3 with a run scored against UNC Wilmington (4/9) and James Madison (4/30) • had a seven-game hitting streak from March 12 through March 17.
High School: Three-year starter at Hunterdon Central Regional High School • first team All-West Jersey, first team all-conference, and first team all-county selection • also named first team all-area and second team all-state (Group 4) • school’s career leader with 52 stolen bases • set school single season records with 53 hits and 26 steals • also was a two-year starter on the basketball team and played one year of soccer at Hunterdon Central Regional • honor roll and high honor roll student.
