At Delaware: Expected to start at second base for the Blue Hens.

2008: Appeared in 33 games while starting 31 • batted .179 with 14 hits, 15 runs scored, 10 walks and a double • went 3 for 6 with three runs scored versus Delaware State (3/14) • was 2 for 3 with two runs scored and a walk against Penn (3/4) • had two hits at Rider (4/9).

High School: 2006 team captain and two-time Most Valuable Player at Michael Power/St. Joseph High School • led team to a 19-0 record in 2005 and a 21-2 mark in 2006, as the team won the city championship both years • earned numerous MVP awards as an ice hockey goalie, including the team MVP award as a senior • earned the 2007 Spirit Award • was the leading scorer for the Michael Power/St. Joseph field hockey team in 2005 • honor roll student • earned junior school letter as a freshman and sophomore, and a senior school letter as a junior and senior.

Personal: Lindsay Carmen Novak • daughter of James and Brenda Novak • has a brother James, and sisters Alison and Lauren • exercise science major at Delaware with a minor in coaching.
