NEWARK, DE -- Delaware rallied to win the final two games Wednesday night to turn back Loyola (MD), 3-2, in women's volleyball action at Carpenter Sports Building. The Blue Hens (2-2) won the first game, 15-6, before Loyola (0-5) responded with wins of 15-5 and 15-12 in the next two games to take a 2-1 lead. Delaware, however, rallied to take the next two games and the match, which lasted two hours, 13 minutes. Cameo Neeman and Margaret Lapinski led Delaware with 15 kills each. Jennifer Wanner added 11 kills to the Blue Hen attack. Shauna Lagatol had a match-high 24 kills, three aces and five blocks to lead the Greyhounds. Carisa Keichauf added 15 kills. Delaware will head to Chicago over the weekend to play in the Loyola (IL) Tournament. Play gets underway Friday at 5 p.m. EDT. AGATE Delaware def.
