NEWARK, DE - The University of Delaware swept the University of Maine, 3-0 (15-4, 15-8, 15-1) Sunday (Senior Day) at the Carpenter Sports Building. Delaware (11-18, 6-5 America East) was led by freshman Michele Maughen, who had nine kills and nine digs on the afternoon. Teammate Jessica Bradosky added eight kills in the winning effort. Maine (0-18, 0-11 America East) was led by freshman Dana Haeger, who had five kills, seven digs and one block. Delaware will play its final home match of 1999 on Wednesday, when it hosts America East opponent Towson University at 7 p.m. in the Carpenter Sports Building. AGATE Delaware def.
