At Delaware: Will start as an outside hitter after putting together an award-winning freshman campaign.

2008: Kicked off her career with an incredible freshman campaign • named the CAA Rookie of the Year and received a spot on the third-team All-Conference squad • earned a school-record five Rookie of the Week awards, including three in a row from November 3-17 • also shared Co-Player of the Week honors on October 20 • finished the season with the most kills, aces, and digs of any freshman in the conference • ranked second on the team with 284 kills and 350 digs • posted eight double-doubles, marking the most by a Blue Hen freshman since Kelly Gibson had 15 in 2005 • recorded 14 double-digit kill performances during the year • fired a career-high 19 kills and hit .368 in a 3-1 victory over George Mason • notched a season-best 18 digs and four aces against Towson on October 10 • tallied four blocks against William & Mary and Northeastern in back-to-back contests • also added three solo stops against UMES.

High School: Four-year letterwinner for East Kentwood • All-Conference and All-State selection as an outside hitter during her senior season • 2007-08 Miss Volleyball Nominee • led East Kentwood to the State Championship as a sophomore • two-year letterwinner in track • two-time All-Conference and All-State selection as a sprinter • finished second in the 4X100 meter event at the state meet during her junior year • Honor Roll student.

Personal: Kimberly Nicole Stewart • daughter of Ty and Teresa Stewart • has an older sister, Jennifer, who played on the Akron volleyball team • will major in visual communications.
