The University of Delaware volleyball team saw its record drop to 8-13 on the season with a 3-1 loss to America East leading New Hampshire at Carpenter Sports Building.

Delaware fell behind early, losing the first game 15-8, but battled back and won the second game 15-10. However, UNH captured the final two games and the match to improve to 10-9, 2-0.

Delaware was led by Carlyn Cangiano and Jennifer Wanner who each had nine kills and 14 digs. Freshman Cameo Neeman added 12 kills and Sadie Bjornstad added 42 assists for the Hens. New Hampshire got 16 kills and seven digs from Jillian Ross.
